No Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We take great pride in offering high-quality, made-to-order products crafted with care and attention to detail. Because each item is made specifically for you once your order is placed, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Made-to-Order Products
All of our products are custom-made based on the specific options you choose, including size, color, and design. As a result, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges if you change your mind or select the wrong size or color. We kindly ask that you double-check all information before placing your order.

Accuracy of Information
Please ensure that your order details, such as sizing, color preferences, and shipping information, are correct at the time of purchase. If you have any questions or need assistance with sizing or customization before ordering, we encourage you to contact us — we’re happy to help ensure everything is just right.

Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not accept returns for made-to-order items, if your product arrives damaged or there is a defect in craftsmanship, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution. Pictures may also be requested for review.
